The whey protein is an isolate form at 90% concentrate. It is almost
completely lactose and fat free. It has been specially processed to
remove the non-functional and de-natured protein components. The soy
protein is also 90% isolate and has a Protein Digestibility Corrected
Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) of 1.0. This is the highest score a protein
can have and is equal in quality to meat, milk and egg protein.
